Flanges for Calcium Reactors

Hello All.


I don't post often, but I could really use some help.

I am building a new calcium reactor and I would like to manufacture the bolt-on type flanges seen on most comercial units.

Where can I buy the gaskets?

Where can I buy "hand tight" type the Nylon screws? I have seen the hex head screws from US plastics.

McMaster Car carries all those things. Hell, they carry everything.

When I ordered gaskets from them, I went ahead and ordered 5 of them. They are cheap and you don't want to pay for shipping for a $2 item later when it needs to be replaced. Then again, that was a year ago and I have needed to replace the original one yet.

Thanks for the reply. Last night I spent ~1 hr looking through the online McMaster catalog. I found the gasket pages, but couldn't tell exactly what I was getting. I am like a kid, pretty pictures help and McMaster is a no frills website. I'll give it another try.

Anyone else order these parts??
