What are some vendors that sell macro algae?

Just wanted to know where (websites) and what type of macro algae you guys use (if any) as a nutrient exporter. I need to find California legal type algae.

Check to see if you have local reefers! When they clean out their fuge, most people will give macro away, rather than throw it out. Post in the WTB forum!

I just got some chaeto from the second link in Chrispy's post. It came in just a couple days and looks to be in good shape.

Don't know if it is legal in CA though. It was yesterday, but that doesn't mean anything. :lol:

I agree with this. In our local club most all of us are now using chaeto (and some others) after a member offered some at no charge.

that said i do like:
