I have two Won Pro-Heat Titanium 500 Watt Heaters in sumps in my garage. One of them does not work and the other one works but I have to wait for my medusa controller to turn them on then I have to go to the heater and turn the dial off then back to the temp I want to get it to heat. What I want to do is just plug the element into the medusa controller and then get a replacement element for the other one that does not work and have them both plugged in to the medusa controller. Will this work, can I just have the element plug in directly.

First of, I am not familiar with the construction of the titanium heater... if you show me a schematics, then some of us can give you more help....

Anyway, can you swap the heating element between the heaters, so that you will have one working unit instead of a broken element on one, and a broken controller on the other? That sounds to be a safe route than whatever you are thinking of doing... :?

The heater Controllers both work but the element on one does not. I am told the 1000watt element can be pluged directly into the medusa contollor, from what I read the controller for the heater and the heater part of the medusa controller are the same, so I should be able to just use the element on either controller
