Trace Elements???

I have a bottle of Trace Elements called Essential Elements by either Kent Marine or Coralife (i cannot remember which). Is anyone familiar with this and does anyone use it.

My tank has been up for 6 months and I need to start adding trace elements to the water on a regular basis. Would you recommend brand trace elements as I have herd of difficulties concerning the Essential Elements that I currently own.

Please, any thoughts, thanks.

If you do regular water changes, you don't need supplements such as Essential Elements. Imho, of course!

I agree with Chris. I used to dose with that crap untill I started doing weekly changes. Now the coraline grows faster than it ever did. Also way cheaper. You may need to start adding calcium suppliments though if you start doing changes. Just keep an eyeball on your Ca levels.
