Can you buy a pre-made built-in overflow?

I am planning on starting a new 46 gallon tank. I am converting my overflow to a fuge, and i HATE have a siphon overflow it came with. I really hate the unreliability of it, and its the biggest pain in the butt. I like the built in overflows, but my tank did not come with one built in. I was wondering if you could buy built in overflows online, but not built into anything. Confusing, but i really dont have the skill to make my own. Please tell me if you know of any website that might have a built in overflow, thats not built into anything 0_o.

Don't know any commerical overflow maker... but you can:

1, call your tank manufacturer and ask them if they have overflow retrofit.

2, ask you LFS to order one for you.

3, ask people to make one for you (local sign shop can do it if you give them a drawing... or people in local reef club...etc.)

Just think about how you want the overflow to fit into your tank, drill your holes and drop / silicone in one of those overflows, build up your drain and return plumbing and test for leaks.

I'll be doing the same I think real soon.. Going with a durso design on the drain most likely.
