No one knows what is in Joes Juice. I think it looks like Kalk, acts like kalk, and stains like kalk, but who knows!

I used the stuff and none of my shrimps vanished. I have 2 cleaners and 2 fire shrimp and no problems.

I used it SEVERAL time also with no damage to any of the four shrimp in my tank. I think it effecting shimp is a more rare than it is normal.

I have 2 cleaners, 2 peps, and 1 coral banded. No problems with it here, in fact I just ordered another bottle.

I used an extreemly large amount in a 5 or 7g (I forget) mantis tank

although he's not a shrimp, it's close, and it was unaffected

I'm going back to kalk, seems to work the same for me, and it's cheaper
