Okay...I've heard several different ideas as to how long you should let your kalk sit before dripping. Is it two minutes or 10 hours...any consensus here? Thanks.
Doesn't it get a film layer on the top? I'm about to buy a dosing unit to do this for me. Get 5 gallons of RO water and add the kalk, then let the dosing unit put in a gallon a day or whatever it is I'm losing to evaporation, then I only have to change the water every 4-5 days. But anyway, I thought it got a build up on the bottom and a layer of film on the top and you wanted the clear stuff in the middle. Could you clarify this?
