When dosing Kalk, can this be done?

1) Mix the Kalk in a big container and let it sit for several hours.
2) Pour the part w/o the kalk residue from the bottom into another container.
3) Drip into sump.

Or do I have to leave the kalk residue in the same container when dripping?

yeah, you can remove it from the mixing container. it is really best that way if you are doing a mix and then drip type of setup.
this way you can reuse the left over silt and try to milk out another batch while dripping the first one.

You can do it that way, just be careful not to get the sludge from the bottom in there.

A better idea may be to put a powerhead in the mixing container with some hose attached and pump it into your dripping container. Keeping the sludge from the bottom and the slick from the top of the mixture, out of the dripping container.
