I am looking at fish to stock my 150 with. This wont be for a few months, the tank is set up with water. I am moving my reefs over to this tank which is 72"x18"x28". It will have allot of open space with two rock piles one on either side of the tank. This will allow allot of swimming space around the rocks and tank. One will have all SPS and the other is for my softies.

In any case I already have two pajama cardinals and a pair of occilaris clown for this tank. I want to add a achilles tang and some Anthias.

Are all these compatible. What would be a good number of Anthias to add, 3?

ALso with feeding Anthias is feeding always needed 3 times a day? I usually feed some spirulinia and frozen mysis. I will also feed seaweed sheets for the tang. Will any other foods be required by the anthias?

Any other expierence with these fish would be appriciated.

Thanks

you sould cover the top anyway but, IME, anthias aren't any more prone to jumping than your occelaris

do you have a host anemone for your clowns?

if so i would worry about agression.

i would do another species of anthias if you are looking for ease of care. Dsipars or lyretails are much more likely to do well.

No other ideas here. Everyone says research before you buy but geez not lots of help here today. I am sure we have some Anthias keepers here chime in your experience!

Wheres David Moore been? Anyone know what happened to him he used to answer all the fish questions here.

I have a bicolor in a 75, and it is the most beautiful fish I have, I think. I also have clowns, ocellaris, and a bangaii cardinal. They also do not seem to get as big, which is a big plus to me with a smaller tank.
