help on identification

i have in my tank what seems to look like very small slugs thats what they look like some are black with white dots some are tan colour some are sort of yellowish i have quite a few just wondering if anybody would know and if they are okay to have also i just noticed on tank bottom i have these tiny creatures the biggest only a cpl millimeters long transparent with long antena's lots of legs they almost look like baby lobsters the fish seem to like to eat them just curious what they are.

The first one sounds like some sort of nudibrach or flatworm. The second one sounds like either mysid shrimp, amphipods, or copepods.

I would add chition to the list for the first one. The second sounds like some sort of "Pod" like liquid said.
