So I have a 46 bow drilled out with a 10 gallon sump. I built a 20 high with a nice refugium, but it didn't end up working out with my CPR hang on. Now my question is weather or not I should put a cpr hang on inside my sump. There is no room for it on the back of the sump, so it will have to sit inside, but do you all think it is worth it? If so what do you all grow in yours to benifit you system. Right now I have it hanging on my established 29 with some nice live sand. I have a 18 watt JBJ over it, but I want but to me it is basically just a small tank.
Have any of you seen and real cool SMALL refugiums/sumps for me to buy as well?
Thanks for the help
J.

Not familiar with your technical stuff, but in my experience, refugiums are always worth it, just for the higher water volume if anythign else. Plus it gives you a place to put things if they misbehave without reacclimating them until you figure out what to do with them. Great place for additional equipment and filtration without having them in your main tank.

Yes, a fuge will contribute a lot to the biodiversity and health of your system. In addition to the live sand and critters, you can grow some macros in there and harvest the extra for some nutrient export.
