thanks for the posts.... another question now. about how long did it take for your orders to ship? i ordered something online and still have not received a response. i was just wondering if they are known to be slow at order processing.
When I ordered fro mthem it shipped that day or next day.

Premium Aquatics is easily my favorite dealer. They always go the extra mile for you and ship promptly, I always receive my shipment two days after ordering. Jason, Jeremy, and Cory are great to deal with.

PA is my favorite online vendor. I'm close enought that ground shipments arrive within two days (sometimes even next day). Jason's customer service is second to none. If you haven't gotten a response, just give them a call or send an email, and I'm sure they'll update you.
Excellent, Superb, Outstanding service and response. I like the fact that when using their site you imediately know if the item is in stock as they have on-line inventory update. If by any chance this fail you will get a very quick call back to arrenge for great number of other options.
I have nothing but great things to say regarding Premium Aquatics. Jason is a great guy. His service is second to none. I ordered some 10,000K bulbs but decided that I did not like the color after a few days. He accepts them back without question, and sends new bulbs for me without problem. All my other orders in the last 3 years were shipped promptly, without mistake. My two livestock orders arrived in great shape and without problem (pool ordered with a few other reefers here is CC).

I'll echo everyone's great replies. Jason and Melissa have always beeen great to deal with. For the last year or so, I have found myself dealing with Jeremy. Jeremy is an excellent addition, and is very active on the BBs.
If you have not received any communication with regards to your order, don't hesitate to get ahold of them. Their customer service is second to none. Excellent customer service is the bottom line for me.
I have purchased the bulk of my equipment from Premium Aquatics. Their customer service has been great. Sure they may not have the best prices on everything but I am an example of customer loyalty...I deal with people I trust and I trust Premium Aquatics. I have placed orders both online and by phone. They even sized my live rock order to cater to my Nano reef I was setting up.

update:
i received my order this past monday. it turns out that premium aquatics had just run out of the product i ordered, but did not notify me that they would backorder. to my surprise, they went ahead and ordered direct from the factory and sent me my order. if i have to order online again, it'd probably be through premium aquatics.
