Right now its a full reef with one Rusty Pygmy Centropyge ferrugatus and one three stripe damsel. The damsel I have had for years and she is pretty aggresive. I added the pygmy a few weeks back expecting some fighting but none accured.

The tank is a 20 tall reef and I am looking for one more fish, that wont get destroyed by the damsel or chased and caused to jump out ect...

Any suggestions?

Heres a bad shot of the tank.

I just take the damsel out and added A. percula (or Ocellaris) pair. Your space is too much of a premium to wasted on the damsel.
If you really want to keep the damsel, your only chance would be adding a aggressive fish. Potential list included Dottyback (various small aggressive species). Some of the smaller wrasses like Sixline wrasse, a small hawkfish. There should be other, just that I am not familiar with them.

Yeah I was thinking of a pair of clowns but already have an occelaris pair in my 40. And dont want to remove the damsel. I have had it long enough to get attached, 5+ years probably over 6. I think the hawk is a good ideal but wouldnt want it to jump out. I guess I could do the pvc light diffuser.

Thanks Any other idea?

I agree with the guy above, a dottyback would do nicely and dare the damsel to attack it. Try a Neon or Fridmani dottyback, bright colorful and active, and wont take $%^$ from anyone. I wouldnt go with a six line, while they have semi-aggressive tendencies sometimes they arent an aggressive species and a large damsel would be able to pick on it. Now an eightline wrasse on the other hand, they pack a little more punch than the six and might be able to take it better. These are the best tank mates I can think of for the size requirements with a damsel. A hawk might be or get too big with a damsel and a dwarf angel in the tank already. That and with that pretty reef you have there you wont be able to put any shrimp in it or keep any that are there already.

Pseudochromis fridmani is a very docile fish and may, or may not do well in this tank. Sixline wrasse, on the other hand, will do just fine because Sixline wrasse is small but is one aggressive fish.
