I have had my Quiet One on my 55 for almost 2 years now. I have had no problems with it. I would put some kind of rubber pad underneath it if you can to help cut down the noise. Mine is in my living room so any way to cut noise is good.
I use to have one and it was very quiet (couldn't even tell it was on) however it does put a lot of heat into the tank which can be a problem this time of year.
