I'll also give a vote for Paragon Aquatics, especially if you're a days drive away. His rock is fully cured with lots of life. I reseeded my tank with 7 lbs this winter. I picked what I wanted. One piece I picked up has a nice porites colony which has doubled it's size. If I had to go with locally cured rock, I'd go with Paragon.
