what kind of fish is that on the salifert Nitrite test kit box?

That, my friend, is one fish to avoid at all costs. It's a Oxymonacanthus Longirostris (Spotted/Harlequin Filefish) and eats Acropora polyps exclusively.

Oxymonacanthus longirostris or Long-nosed Filefish. A while back I had one, cool fish, but it did eat at my corals so it went back to the store.

Yeah, they are impossible to keep alive unless you want to feed them your coral. They are one of my favorite fish, however, but it figures I can't keep one!
