How close to the lighting do you have them, and what type/wattage of lighting? What velocity of current are they in?

I have three, they all do not 'polyp out' and yet everything else in the tank is doing wonderfully...

Thanks in advance for any info...

Peace,

Chip

Our sinularia leathers are kept in the mid to lower part of our tank. The tank is 30 inch depth. Lighting is 400W ushio 10K. Current is usually moderate. We've always had problems keeping more than one large individual in the same tank. The known strong chemical warfare these corals are capable of has been a problem for us. One sinularia always becomes dominate and the others will burn down. Even frags when grown to decent size have needed to be removed before the chemical warfare begins. A good excuse to frag and trade though!! HTH.
