I have a 10 gallon Nano with 70W MH Lighting + 36W Actinic.

I want to keep soft corals and I would like to kno what you guys recommend?

I kno i want to keep Zoos and Ricordeas, but what other softies do you recommend?

Also, is there a coral database where i can find detailed information on specific corals? I am having trouble finding one.

Probably the best thing you could do is pick up Eric Borneman's Aquarium Corals book. Very good book and it'd be almost exactly what you're looking for in regards to the coral database question.

one of the things you'll want to consider is how big the corals can get, and how fast they can grow/spread

are you limited to just the nano, or do you have a larger tank to accomodate corals that'll outgrow the tank-or have the option to sell/give away cuttings/frags of those that do?

or are you looking for corals that either stay small, or grow relatively slowly?

there are some really nice lps(large polyp stony) corals that are quite suited for a nano-candy cane/trumpet, blastomussa are two very nice varieties, and a small fungia ('chubby plate'-not the long tentacle) should also be fine-and they are quite hardy, too.

devils hand leathers, or a small umbrella/frilly leather should also do well.

zooanthids/button polyps and shrooms are quite easy-so are star polyps - though these can spread quite quickly
