I have just converted my FOWLR 10-gallon nano to reef-ready.

I want to keep SPS and I want to know what supplements i will need. Also, What brand do you guys recommend for the supplements?

Here are my tank specs:
12 lbs. fiji live rock
25 lbs. oolitic aragonite
hang-on prizm skimmer
70W MH + 1x36W Actinic 03

Current inhabitants are a standard clean-up crew and one False Percula Clown, and one Royal Gramma.

Hi,save your money.
Just keep up the water changes, and you will be better for it.
Kalkwasser (limewater) is the only thing needed as far as additives go...
Don`t fall for the LFS preaching how all these additives are needed.
Your making them rich, and your tank is being filled with unnecessary chemicals.

You better talk to some people that are doing nano tanks. I got some pretty good PH swings when I was dosing Kalkwasser on my 100g. Perhaps something like B-ionic may be safer to use. Then again if you did a one gallon a week water change you may never need to add anything.

I dose with Aragomilk inststead of kalk for a smaller (>50G) tanks. Any opinion on that? It seems to work fairly well and I don't have any PH swings.

I agree with everyone here. Save your money. Just use kalk for Ca. , also i use Reef Builder for Alk. Regular water changes will do everything else for you.
