looking for plumbing part, not sure where to get it!

possibly called locklines? Im looking for those things that you connect to the return line that is a U shape. It hooks onto the back of your tank and the return line plugs into it. the other end has a difuser type thing on it and it spreads the water out back into the tank. Im not sure what they are called or where i can purchase one. anyone know?

The name is Loc-Line(tm), and it is segmented, "flexible" tubing. Check out MarineDepot, Savko, and other vendor. You maybe able to find them in your LFS.

nope, thats not it. Its a u shaped thing. its the same all the way through, just at the ned instead of being a 1in outlet it has a diffuser on it.

LOL no, thats not it either...ill take a picture of it when i get home. That wont be till the 3rd though. I need it in a larger size than the one i have right now. I cant find it any larger.

I made what sounds like what you are describing out of PVC.....could it be that simple?
