Looking for SD sand

The Home Depots in my area don't seem to carry SD sand, and I've heard the stuff is worth it's weight in gold. Does anyone know of other retailers of this stuff, or how to order it directly? I've got a wholesale/resale license, so I can pretty much buy direct from a wholesaler if someone knows of one. Let me know if we can buy a whole bunch and share!

Not the same price as you would've get it in East Coast though. When you are buying it marketed to aquarists, you would expect to pay a premium for it. Same stuff, but higher price.

HD in California do not stock SD sand. If HD in ca need sand, they would get it from nearer source such as Ca locally, or Oregon, which is where quikrete came from. In business sense, it is unjustifiable for California HD to order sands all the way from East Coast anyway.

If you have friends in East Coast (not Florida), they may be able to order a pallet of SD sand for you and have HD there drop ship to you. But with the shipping costs factored in, it's not such a good deal afterall.
