This is the way I would stock them, but the order isn't that important with these species as I wouldn't expect any interspecific aggression.

But dont butterflys need established tanks? Mine is just finishing the cycle, and Only been set uo 1.5 months. I will want to add a fish before the summer, So is there any way that one of them could go before the butterfly?

None of your choices are great first fish. The long-nose hawk is the most durable of the three so I would recommend that as the first addition, followed by the flame angel, and then the butterfly. I suggest waiting 4-6 weeks between additions and don't add fish if any of the existing fish are unhealthy.
