My bubbletip split today! It was only about 6-7 inches, thought they had to be alot bigger then that before it split. Also, since it has split, they are still together and shivelled right up...is this normal?

Mine split 3 ways just before Cristmas. It stayed in the rocks for several days and then they slowly started coming out. It took a week or two before it/they started acting normal again. I ended up with 2 small ones and one large one. The large one is getting close to it's pre-split size already.
