worm ID please

Hello, i saw this worm in my tank yesterday. it looks remotely like a bristleworm except the color is more of a white and black bands, maybe 4 inches long and has 3 main antennas. the 3 antennas are also black and white stripes. at first i thought it was a small brittle star fishes arms, but turned out to be a catipillar looking worm. anyway, anyone know what this is? bristleworm related? thanks in advance

It's gonna be impossible to ID with the description offered. If it's banded, it's a polycheate. That's about the best insight I can provide.
