I have a large LTA thats been in my tank for about a year now. Its huge and very healthy (now over a foot in diameter) and I think is just gotten too big for my tank (a 135 gallon). I want to remove it and maybe sell or trade it with someone...but I have no idea how I'm going to get it out of here! Its attached to the underside of a rock. And lemme tell u..this piece of rock is at the base of all of my aquascaping.
Ive heard of aiming a powerhead at the anemone and irritating it so much that it gets off the rock..but I dont know if this is too mean. What do u guys think?

I would try pointing a powerhead at it to get it to start walking...If you can get it to move to where it's foot is attached to the glass, it's pretty easy to remove w/out damaging the foot. Slowly slide a credit card between the glass and the foot. You don't want to pry it off you want to slowly push the card underneath the foot to make it let go of the glass. Make sure you keep the card tightly pressed to the glass because you don't want to pinch the nem between the card and the glass (If that makes sense)

I removed a PTBTA last week by using a rio 200 powerhead and tickling the bta's base and I was able to remove it from a rock. I had to hold a power head and a rock with one hand and use my other hand to tickle the anemone off. Took me like 45 minutes to an hour.

You can also use the ice method which I never tried. Put ice next to the base of the anemone.

I had to remove my anemone a couple of times from the rock when I upgraded and what not. I used an ice cube. I turned the lights off, I rubbed the ice cube on his foot and he slowly let go of the rock. It didnt affect him at all.

Rub the foot with an ice cube.......LTA's foot that is.

Wrap one in saran wrap and a twist-tie at the top and that should help it last a bit longer. At that size, it'll definitely take more than one cube. Less stressful than powerheads pointed at it.
