Does anyone know of any good online aquarium stores to get equipment like pumps, protein skimmers, lighting, etc... I just want to get a feel for some your favorite places to get stuff online.

Let me help you out. I have spent about $15,000 on-line in the last 2 to 3 years.
Best deal:
Beginning Corals:
Jeff's exotic fish 9 for $99 (1 bought 3)
Clean-up Crew:
Several a like Saltwaterfish.com and Reeftopia, Jeffs or Ffexpress.
Lights:
Champion Lighting
Dry Goods: Whoever is cheaper
GARF SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have placed several orders with all of the above companies and have always been VERY happy(except Garf). You save 50% over LFS and do not have to worry about those damn Impulse buys.

LazyReefer, I have been to Jeff's exotic fish website. It looks ok, but the prices scare me. You really trust them? Have you had any bad experiences? I am looking for a good dealer that I can trust to stock my tank.

Thanks...

I really trust Jeff's. 40% of the time you call Jeff anwsers the phone himself. Get his specials of the week and 9 for $99. I have purchased about 15 times from him. If somthing came in not right he has always made it right. For your first order ask to speak to Jeff. Tell him guy from Edmond, OK sent you.
FYI, this week I bought 1 blueface Trigger (Med) from him for $59. It was XL, Super Fat, great colors. This would sell for $200 in LFS as a "Show Spec" I promise. Once you pay tax, at the LFS thats $16 extra. About what 1 day shipping is when you buy other stuff.
If you or any once else in this hobby is planning on buying a lot of goods, I suggest this:
Sample 2 or 3 on-line companies. Find 1 you like and buy everything from them. That way you build a repoire (sp?) with them. You will get better items and some freebies.
My 2nd to last order from Jeff's I got a dead Hippo tang. This order I got the credit for the one that died and a free one. This is because I have been a good customer buying a couple of thousand of dollars of lifestock.
I would like to point out that I have also received great help from other companies as well. Champion,FFexpress, Saltwaterfish.com, reeftiopia to name a few.
Whatever you do stay out of LFS (the ones where I live suck) high prices, bad info, poor service, and impulse buys. And do not order from GARF.

Good Luck.
If you need any more info feel free to PM me.

Premium Aquatics all the way! Champion lighting is WAY overpriced, not to mention the fact that they won't tell you they don't have something in stock (so sometimes it takes WEEKS to get to you).

Don't forget, you get what you pay for (refering to the 9 for 99).

ffexpress is good for livestock.

Honestly, it totally depends what you're shopping for. Flying Fish and Marine Depot are great for dry goods. I like Pet Solutions for additives and food (Tetra medicated flakes, EXTREMELY hard to find near me). For fish, I like Live Aquaria and Marine Depot Live. The Marine Center is great if you're looking for a rare species. They are a little bit pricey, but most of their fish, you wont find anywhere else. For corals, I like Roe's Marine World. Its a small operation, but you get to hand pick your corals via his "cherry pick" list. Rock, Flying Fish. Sand, the "for sale" forum :> goodluck
