I emailed them soo many times, and finnaly they emailed me today, but they answered a question I didn't ask! I was wondering about thier aquariums, and they told me they don't have any small naso tangs in

I have bought form them several times in the past and would rate them as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I have never had cause to send the an email so I can't commnet on that.

Everything I have ever ordered from them was shipped promptly and completely. I've only ordered drygoods however.

I would have to agree with you about the dumbass part. I have only ordered dry goods from them but when I did I ordered a protien skimmer and got a pond uv sterilizer. Took almost a month to rectify and guess what all teens who didn't want or even care to help. I rate them a negative 1 on a scale of 10. If anyone has had luck with them they have been lucky that they haven't had a problem yet because you will.

I know this is going to sound weak, but would you mind editing the subject so that it isn't a swear word Humu? It looks a bit coarse to me and we try to maintain a "clean" and high level atmosphere on the board.

FWIW, I ordered from them when they were Petwarehouse and had good results. YMMV.

Well, I must concur, humu. My last (and I DO mean LAST!) experience with them was absolutely incredulous. I won't go into it now; it was posted on here. Their shipping department messed up royally and they refused to correct the situation.

Have had no problem with them. Polite, Quick to respond and quick shipping when product is in stock. As for the Dumb%$^ kids, What do you want from them, Their learning, maybe one day they'll be just like us, Bright, Passionate, Considerate, Friendly, Accepting, Adults. "Or Maybe Not"

Why should I be the one that has to be penalized for the kid's shipping mistake (if indeed it was a kid)? No learning occurred there except my learning not to deal with them anymore.
