Sounds like popeye, if you go to like Petsmart and that they sell a organic medicine that is from from tree root that does the job it is in a blue bottle, it will not hurt any corals or inverts. I have used twice on 2 different fish, one clown and my Emperor Angel with no problems and it went away in about 1-2 weeks.

Since you've had the Naso for a while you can rule out any type of acclimation problems. If the Naso has been disease free for this time it might just be an anomaly.

When this happened to a tang of mine I let him be and did not medicate. The eye got cloudy and bulged more. It was looking bad. About a week later the eye looked the same and I was about to go to the LFS to find some kinda medication. I've never had medication luck before when treating fish so that's why I procrastinated so long.

The next day the film on the eye started to peel off and the popeye started to abate. In 3 days he was back to a clear eye and an almost normal eye. A few days later it was totally normal. This never happened again.
