Can you tell us about these "pests"- what are they? are they harmful? how can we be rid of them?
These critters have multiplied just recently in our tank (probably into the hundreds), never seen before. They remind me of an oat flake- except the center stripe is white and the outer flesh is pinkish. They are about 1/8" to 1/4" long at this point and swim in the fashion of a manta ray. They are on our daisy coral and have infested the frogspawn. I am assuming they are invading food inlets, and are therefore harmful. This is an assumption at this point, since the corals haven't shown a negative effect, YET. Please let us know what we can/should do about this...
