does anyone know of any clubs in the missoula MT region? my family is relocating out there this summer. also any good lfs? thanks a bunch

I was born in Helena. What's a reef? Do you use table salt? So those are salt water fist? These are common questions. You better make friends in Canada, or through mail order. Hunting, drinking, and farming will be your new hobbies. Lol! Nah... MT is really nice, but I don't know of any clubs or reed related fish stores there.

Yes, "A River Runs Through It" was filmed in MT. However are there any reef clubs? I might move back there someday and also would like to know.

I don't know about clubs, but the supply side is awful. I have had to travel there off and on, and to pass the off hours, I of course went looking for LFS. Some of them actually knew what a reef was....they thought. Their saltwater "section" was a couple of 10 gallon tanks with live rock rubble and some really sick fish.
The river that runs thru it is beautiful with LARGE fish being taken every time I was there.
