MH lighting, I know what I want, but where to get?

I decided to go with dual 250w MH with pc actinic suppliments for a 92 corner. I want the versitility to be able run either HQI DE or mogul lamps, so so either IceCap 250w HQI or LN ballast will do the trick. Once you start adding up the costs of ballasts, sockets, reflectors and bulbs things start to get pricey and there seem to be complete set-ups already that don't cost a lot more than DIY. Am I missing something. Are the PFO electronic ballasts just as good (minus the ability to switch between DE and socket). Anyone have any other suggestions on how to make this set-up. Thanks.

Please tell me where you can get complete setups that do not cost much more than a retrofit kit....
