Going fishing...need advice

Try a small fish hook and line
like a hook for 1 samond egg. Bate the hook with algie or somthing it only likes. wach who you cach. fish fall for it all the time.

the only method that works well for me is draining the entire tank.

I have come to the decision that my gold headed sleeper gobie has to be removed from my tank. Problem is he is very fast and likes to hide under LR. How do i get him out without having to take apart the tank? Any and all recommendations are appreciated.

I have never had a goby so I dont know if they will fall for it or not, but try taking a plastic pop(soda) bottle and cutting the top 1/3 off and turning it around and putting the cap part inside the bottle. Put some food inside of it and see if it will go inside. Once it does, pick up the bottle.
