Actually its my first skimmer and could use a little advice. Yes, first let me get it out in the open, its a Seaclone. No flames please its all that would fit my hood. anyway its been set up for a couple hours and there are TONS of tiny bubbles flooding my tank. Is that part of the break in of the skimmer or can I do something about it? Are the bubbles going to hurt my fish? the don't seem stressed but I just want to be cautious. Thanks all!

Actually, it seems that the makers of the Seaclone have read about the same mods you're talking about because when i got mine the inner tube was cut way down from the old model and there was a normal air valve. Its skimming quite nicely, I was just worried about the bubbles. Thanks for the info!
