I purchased a bubble coral about 24 hours ago, and it has yet to come out. Should I be concerned? I have it near the top of my tank with current going across it, but not directly onto it.

thanks
Ben

The one I purchased hates the current. It was closed up all the time. I ended up moving it to a 10gal with a lot less current.

I was thinking about moving it eventually if it doesn't open up. How long should I give it to open up at its current location before I do need to move it?

thanks

I would try to find a better spot for it. I recently purchased a bubble online, and it came out about 2-3 hours after I added it to the tank. It's been doing great ever since.

Good luck!

benneb1897201vw,

I moved it all over my tank but it stayed really closed up for a week or two. I finally added it to a 10gal that I was using for a quarintine tank and it is doing great. Try and find a very low current area to put it in. It was also suggtested to me that it not be kept in direct light. So you might want to give that a try.

Good Luck
