Night Ants ?

So for the first time I tried using a flash
light to see what the animals are doing at night.

Well, I so tons of little creatures crawling
an the rocks, the are the size of ants but, white and very fast. Once the light hits them
they're gone.

Any idea what are they ? Good, bad ?

I wish I could take a pic but they are way too fast.
