Cool pics of barnacle blenny and tank

Hey all,

Hope everyone is doing well.....and all of our tanks here on the east coast are enjoying the 70 degree temps...

I got a barnacle blenny this weekend, and thought I would share some pics taken with the coolpix 880....this is the coolest little fish....sorta looks like an eel.....my algae blenny sits on a rock and stares at him, as if he's thinking "what the heck is that..."

Anyone kept these fish? They would be ideal for a nano-reef, get a colony of 3 perhaps....only 1.5 cm long

Patman and Cheese .... sounds like some bargain basement superheroes....lol

I bought the fish at a local store here in massachusetts, I had read about them but never had seen them for sale......

He's eating brine shrimp.....he shoots out of the barnicle so fast...it's amazing....I mean it is less then a blur as he pops out, grabs a shrimp and is back in.

geez patman, what did you do...paint your tank with purple corraline! tank looks great, and those little guys are so cool! i just saw some at my LFS too!

you know smokin, I do think its strange that I have so much of one type of coraline growing....I mean the purple is out of control with just some green in lower light areas. Right now I have 2 actinics and 2 daylights.....I think when I get new VHO's I may go to 1 actinic, 1 50/50 and 2 daylights...maybe less actinic will "de-emphasize" the purple....lol
