Can anyone suggest a good epoxy to hold together large, two-fist-sized, pieces of live rock. I bought a Heliofungia that I want to get onto the sand. The Goni is taking up 1/3 of my tank so I need to start terracing and rethinking my rock work. I really hate to move stuff around because I have so many little encrusted "jewels" that get lost, smashed, etc. everytime I move stuff around. I'm luck my roomate has a tank to put all the loose pieces into when I am playing with my tank.

Thanks!

Matt

They sell the stuff in LFS for about 2 -3 times as much as they do at home depot. Go to Home Depot and get AQUAMEND. Its in the plumbing section. Green tube. Mix it together and viola, great underwater epoxy....exactly the same as the stuff in the store but industrial label rather than a fish label. I always have a tube lying around.
This is the stuff.

Hi Jason,
Can that stuff be used underwater? I want to epoxy some corals on my base rock, but I don't want to have to pull all my rock out to pat the rock dry? or is there something that can be used underwater?
Thanks,
Todd

Both the Aquamend and Quick Plastic can be used underwater. I use both of them all the time.
