I am very new to this. I have purchased a 90g tank. I am doing my research now and creating my stocking list. This will be F and I, no reef yet. I am planning on having 50lbs of Live Rock to start. Now I need help stocking. I would like the following:

Damsels
Yellow Tang
Blue Tang
Flame Angel
Koran Angel
Clown Fish
Coral Beauty Angel

Does anyone see issue with this list, and if possible could you help me with order to place into tank?

Thanks in advance for you assistance.

If you are new to the hobby I would not try tangs or angels. The learning curve will be costly.
Your tank is too small for a tang IMO but in any event it should be your last addition if you choose to get one anyway because they are aggressive.
You mention blue tang. Are you talking about an Atlantic blue, powder blue or hippo? Powder blue tanks are near impossible to keep.
For a beginner please consider captive raised fish which you can get mail order or sometimes from a LFS (fish store). Examples are clownfish, and dottybacks. The reason for captive raised fish is that they are already accustomed to living in tanks and therefor easier for a beginner.
If you are reading these threads you know you will be more successful going slow. Adding one fish at a time a month apart after your tank is well established. If you push this as is the natural habit, you risk fish loss and problems.
Many people quit because of these problems. If you proceed slowly you are guaranteed success with the help of members of this board.
Good Luck

DO NOT put a flame and a coral beauty in the same tank. You will not have room for a Koran Angel or a Blue Tang in a 90. You need to keep in mind the adult size, not just the size when you buy it.
