Can't get it up (Calc) !!!

I've been struggling to get my calcium levels up lately. Here are my levels as of last night. I use Seachem Reef Builder for Alk, Marine Buffer for pH, and Reef Calcium.

pH 8.2
Calc 380
Phosphate .1ppm

Over the past two weeks of doubling up on the recommended dosage of Reef Calcium I can't get my levels past 380. I have raised my Alkalinity from 9dKH to 11 (3.2 meg/L to 4)and still have not had any results.

What factors am I missing? What direction do I need to go? Why won't my calcium levels rise?

I don't believe it is the test kit. I am using a Salifert Calcium test that has tested others params and has shown levels up to 460.

Modo--bring a water sample with you when you come over tonight, and I'll run a Mg test on it for you, just to make sure your Mg level isn't a factor. Give me a ring and we'll make some arrangements!
