I've been using Rio's, but they're continually non-functional. The AquaC manual suggests Rio 2500 or equivalent GPH. The 2500 has 748gph. So, maybe a Sen 700 ??? Has anyone tried using a Sen 900?... since I happen to have one of those.

Well, I have a EV150, Aqua-C suggests Rio2100. The closest to Rio2100 is Mag-7. I tried Mag 7, and didn't like it. Then I tried Mag 9.5 which is rated 950GPH at 0 head, and is working VERY WELL!!

My Mag9.5 is great for my EV150, I would imagin if you have the EV200, you would want to go atleast the same size pump as mine or bigger!

An EV-200 will need either 2 decent size pumps like Mag 9s or one big old pump like an Iwaki 40 RLT or Mag 18. You could use your Sen 900 for one injector and a Mag 9 for the other one maybe.

Currently running our EV-200 with MAG 7's but I'm not too happy with it's performance. It did better with the 2500's. I would recommend using at least MAG 9.5's

i have a gen x pump. this works good w/a modified cap from jason of aqu c, i took the gate valve off i used a y conn. from
marine depot. the cap cost 30.00 inc.shipping
i run the pump flat out. you can do it stock
but you will need a ball valve at the pump
output and leave the gate valve wide open http://y42.photos.yahoo.com/mosey_55

Funny, I am running two Mag 7s and I love the ev 200's performance. I have not tried any other pump however. My LFS is using two Rio 2500's on their ev 200 and the foam production seems to be the same. It did take me 4 weeks to really get it dialed in, but know I am happy.

Since I have the Sen 900 I think I'm gonna get a Mag 9.5. They have almost the same exact power. Actually, that will be more power than the Rio 2500's I've been running. I actually like the AquaC performance with the Rio's, but I'm so tired of the Rios sometimes working... and sometimes, not.

Foam is just a bit too dry for my tastes... need to pump just a few more gph through it to make the foam a bit wetter I think. I maybe able to gain this by replumbing the pumps slightly.

Is there anything wrong with running a mag 7 on one inlet and your sen 900 on the other? The reason I ask is I just killed one of my mags by allowing a string from a media bag to get sucked in. It caused all 4 housing screws to strip out. I am toying with replacing the busted 7 with a 9.5. I was thinking of keeping the other 7 in place. I can't see a reason why that would not work. Two 9.5s seems like overkill.
