My sump came the a 1 3/4" bulkhead hole and I now need to make the hole 2 3/8" so I can put in a new tank adapter/bulkhead for the 1 1/2" intake.
Any suggestions on how I do that?
I had to enlarge the hole in my sump also. My hole saw uses a center pilot hole to start drilling. I cut a piece of plywood to fit the inside of the sump wall (It must not be free to rotate). Then centered the drill bit on the old hole allowing the centering bit to drill into the plywood first.
