eating habits and giving away xenia

i recently purchased a yellow watchman and a leopard wrasse. what do they like to eat best?
also i have a ton of xenia and would be willing to trade cause i have tons of it.
im in the Orange County, CA area...

hey shark, we have talked before... i never got aorund to get some of the caulerpa you were giving away, mine started to grow like crazy and didnt need it anymore, now ive lost most of the caulerpa again and we could trade some caulerpa for xenia.
its xenia elongata.
im in huntington beach.
