My wife and I are planning a trip to the Minneapolis area to check out some fish stores. Being from Iowa, our selection is kind of limited. We could use your help in locating what you think are some of the better stores in the area. Let us know what you recommend. Thanks in advance!

Keep on going....straight to Chicago

Seriously, there isn't much that will impress and I won't endorse one since I do little to no shopping locally for said reason. If you are into soft corals, some fleshy hard corals, and the common fish you can pick any LFS you want, as they are all the same and offer basically the same. The only variety is normally in the exhuberant prices they charge and which store had the most tanks crash this week. Laughable - haha. If you want SPS, clams, or unusuals, forget it.

Thanks for the heads up Graham. That's too bad. For a city that size you would expect a little more quality and selection. Maybe we will take your advice and move our trip east instead of north!
