What's good corals for beginners?

my biggest advice it GO SLOW!!!! i can't stress this enough. i hated waiting but i know it help my tank out a lot.
depends on what lights you have and what you wnat to keep.
if you have normal output flours. (40w type) you could keep some shrooms, colt, fiinger, toadstool, mainly softies. have heard a few people have brains under these too, not sure about frogspawn and hammers probably not!
vho's: about anything but clams and sps corals...unless you have a lot of vho power. colt, brain, metalic star polyps, zooanthids (polyps), candy cane, fingers, toadstool bubble, hammer, frogspawn
metal halides....anything you want!! just have to place them in the water colum acording to needs.
description of the size, depth, and lights would help out more
