Hmmmm...I would probably say no for the skimmer (the MaxiJet1200 does 295gph). For the sterilizer, you should be OK (slower is actually better for a sterlizer if you want to kill more stuff).
I've never actually heard of a Profile powerhead before, so I really cannot comment on it. Does it even have a venturi adapter for it? If not, then you can't run it on the skimmer anyway.
How big is your system? What stuff have you already gotten for it. Be careful of taking too much advice from the LFS because most of the time, they like to SELL you stuff (and that stuff might not be what you need at all).
For example, a MaxiJet1200 is $19.95 at Premium Aquatics. How much was the powerhead you got?
Personally, I would have skipped the UV sterilizer and Seaclone and used the money that you probably spent on both and gotten a better skimmer. I spent ALOT of money on crap that I didn't need by taking the advice of my LFS (before the SeaClone, I actually was running a Skilter). Take your time and be patient. Do some research. Most of the time, you can get better quality stuff for less money off the internet. I found a GREAT LFS near my house that I try to buy my day-to-day stuff from, but I would never think of getting "expensive" stuff from (for example, I just got an Icecap 660 ballast from Premium Aquatics....the same ballast cost twice as much at my LFS). Granted, I REALLY want this LFS to succeed, but I can't justify spending 100% more on LFS than internet.
Anyhow....I'm just rambling now.
Hope that helps,
Eboman
