PLEASE HELP

My Regal tang has suddenly come down with something. He has been treated in copper and formalin for the past while due to the ick he has contracted. I have also been feeding with garlic. He was doing great until suddenly now he has the patch of brownish growths on his side.. almost like a fungus.. and his eyes are glazing over!!! I have never seen this or read about it. Please help What the frick is this?

I am going to feed him today with food soaked in Cantomyacin.

If it was a fair ich infestation, fungus may have set in where the ich 'sores' were left behind. If he is in the QT treat with a fungus medication or malanchite green.
Also put an airstone in the tank and continue to feed garlic and selcon.
