That being the case, I thought I'd take a moment to send some kudos. I've been dealing with http://www.thatpetplace.com for about a year now and they always take the time to make sure that everything is "A OK". Once in a while, when things don't go exactly as planned, they'll bend over backwards to make things "aright". I'm especially fortunate to be within driving distance.
