Can this be done by a novice or does it have to be done by a shop? I've never seen the inside of one, so I don't know if it is just standard o-rings/seals, ect. or specialty parts. Mine for some reason will not release a solid flow of CO2 through the regulator unless the tank valve is turned off. Nor will it maintain more than 5-6 lbs of pressure. So my guess is that something inside the regulator is blown.
