M myreef Advanced Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Jul 31, 2001 #2 I would do a closed loop with the Sea Swirls. Then have another pump or two to drive your main returns from the sump. The sea swirls will give you great movement and you won't have unsightly PH's in your tank.

I'm going to use a MAK4 in a closed loop using PVC over the top, to the front and then with Loc-Line for front to back cirulation. And finally two 950GPH Gemini power heads on each side of the tank.
