I ordered some stuff from the built for you package. Had a rough night at work and failed to hear the doorbell ring and my bulldog bark. Found a note from FedEx saying they would be back Monday to deliver my package (this happened on Friday and the nights are getting cold in WI.) Needless to say I panicked. I went to the local FedEx office. The lady radioded the driver and set up a place for us to meet. Ten minutes later I had my cleanup crew in my hands. Once again, everything was alive and healthy. The reason I am posting this is so if this happens to you (not home, sleeping, whatever), get ahold of FedEx and hopefully they will be as helpful to you as they were to me....Thought I'd share...

Or if you happen to be lucky, and live near a FedEx distribution center, have them hold your package there for pickup. Simply ask the vendor that you are ordering from to have it held for pickup at the facility. If the package is coming overnight, it will be ready for pickup when the center opens to the public, which happens to be 8:30am in my case. Quite handy feature, as it lessens the handling of the package, and also keeps it in a temperature controlled environment until you go get it.

BTW, if anyone from UPS is listening, why the heck don't you guys offer this service?

As an aside, did anyone else get some REALLY small critters in their "built for you" package? I mean, the prices were awesome, but one of the peppermint shrimp I bought was literally under an inch. Just curious...on the whole, I was really pleased with the order. The serpent stars, conchs, and nassarius snails were great!

I received a few things from the built for you package a week ago,and was very pleased.The Zebra Hermits were really tiny.
